Fees
My fees for indexing are based on the Society of Indexers' recommended rates of £25.50 per hour, £2.85 per page or £7.70 per thousand words of text. I can also accept payments in euros. The actual fee charged will depend on the level of complexity of the text, the timeframe for the work and the quality of the proofs supplied.
My fees for legal tabling are based on such factors as the number of tables required (cases, legislation, grey literature etc), and the density of references per page.

On your acceptance of my quotation, I will ask you to enter into an agreement covering such matters as the terms of payment, the timeframe for the assignment, the allocation of copyright in the index and the arrangements for later editing work if needed.
